A cell is told to have a perticular frequency. But how a base station antenna take the signals of many mobile phones? Doesnt they interfere? What is that process called?

They don’t interfere. The process is somewhat elaborate and hard to understand without abit of an IT understanding, however, it is simply just Radio Communication.

I could ramble on but I don’t think it would make too much sense…
