I just got a ipod touch and so far I have no apps and I was wondering what are some really good free apps. You can delete downloaded apps by holding the app down for a few seconds and pressing the x, but the apps that come with the iPhone or iPod Touch do not come with an x when you hold it down. How do I delete it?

Question by Johnneh Hxc: How can I get my apps back on my Ipod touch if the wifi is broken?
My ipod touch has water damage, and the wifi indicator is broken.
I cant get internet on it to redownload the apps, is there anyway for me to get them back on it? Through itunes or something? Because I know if I log into my itunes store account, the apps that ive already bought,can be redownloaded free.

If you can re-download the apps in iTunes they will be transferred to your iPod when you sync.

Question by kaitlyn.szakacs: How do you put the apps on your iPod touch into playlists?
My friend has an ipod touch and she has her apps in little playlist things. She showed me that when you hold down on the app for a few seconds it wiggles and you drag it on top of each other and it goes into a playlist thing but when i try to do it my apps just move spots. Why is this?

Update your ipod to IOS 4.0 and then hold down one of your apps and move it over another app.

i have an ipod touch and when i want to add apps like free games and applications from the apps store on the ipod it asks for a username and password but when i try making an account on the computer it asks for credit card details which i dont want to include. how do i make i add apps from the apps store without including credit card details? Either you buy a prepaid itunes card and set up an account using that, or, you don’t.

Apple’s stupid that way. That’s why I jailbroke. gUIcache for the win.

I have downloaded 9 pages of apps on to my 16gb ipod touch. There are many more that i want but when i download them, i don’t see them anywhere on the screen. I also double checked the app store to see that the missing apps were installed. I heard that you cannot fill up more than nine home pages with apps but that you can somehow categorize them into folders. How? Anyone know?

What is the maximum pages of apps can you have in a 16 gb ipod touch? I have 11 pages but when I try to get to more apps it doesn’t create another page. Is there any way I can add more pages of apps?

Yeah, I’m thinking 11 is the max. I’ve got a 16gig Touch and was max’ed out at 11 full pages. I noticed I wasn’t able to get any more apps on it, so I’ve started deleting the apps that I haven’t used in the last few months. They’re obviously not needed if I haven’t used them in that period of time.

I guess you could jailbreak it to get more, but I’m not into that.
