Cell phones produce electromagnetic radiation. Cell phones discharge certain signals known as radio frequency energy, a form of electromagnetic radiation. There is lot of news these days as to whether cell phones emit radiation which affects our health. Cell phones are placed close to our head which results in direct radiation to the head. well if its prepaid u cant have free texting cuz u have to keep putting money on the phone to text and keep checking ur balance. to get free texting u would have to have an actual plan
