Hello everyone I was wondering how I could make calls to land line and mobile phones from my laptop. I want to stay in touch with my parents and they are not very computer literate so I need to know how I can make calls using my laptop. Any information would be very helpful.

Skype. Its an awesome website and you can call straight to landlines and moblies and its really cheap. you can also buy a phone like shape (for skype) which you plug into your computer which makes it easier to talk xx
I second the Skype. I got my father in law a webcam and hooked up Skype for him and we have family video calls now. It is actually pretty easy and he is VERY computer illiterate. He actually looked for an internet “ON” switch on his computer
