How to make unlimited calls to mobile phones in the Philippines using Skype if I’m living abroad? The Philippines is not included in the list of Unlimited Country and Unlimited World in Skype.

You cant. But there is a trick. if your family has an iphone or any smart phone that has the Skype application. As long its online on thier phone you can call them skype to skype for free.
Another way is what i heard called a magic jack. Where it allows you to make long distance calls for free *supposedly* from your PC to a phone anywhere in the world

Thats true about the Iphone using skype. But if you want to call Philippines you have to pay. Check out REBTEL.COM thats what i’ve been using for years. I can use my own cellphone without the extra charges.
